Here at Jayco Nowra we have worked hard to make the dealership a truly "one stop RV shop" whilst still maintaining that family business "feeling" with a relaxed and friendly buying atmosphere.
In our reception we have videos on Jayco products and caravaning in general, Newsletters (and contact information) from the local caravan clubs, NSW Caravan and Camping Industry Associations "Holiday and Touring Guide" and their "Caravan Towing Guide". Numerous copies of caravaning magerzines are also available for your perusal.
Our helpful staff (which have over 75 years cumulative experience) are supported by CIL Caravan insurance and can arrange their comprehensive insurance cover for you "on the spot". Moreover, our staff can also help you with finance information and introduce you to our excellent local brokers, Capital Coast Finance.
The modern Service centre prepares both our new and used products for sale. You can "rest assured" that our Jayco units are fully pre-delivered to the factory's demanding specifications, and that our "trade-ins" are submitted to a rigorous 55 point road worthy/ "fit for sale" check- over. Our service team are renown for their ongoing technical support after the sale...... just "phone or call in for expert & helpful advice.

Customer Hand Over
Peter Schembri
When the day comes for the pick up of your new or used caravan, Peter will explain all the final paperwork and warranty, and then give you a one on one run through of the practical use of your van. Peter will also assist you with both towing equipment and electric brake controller ensuring that you are "all set to go" and confident in the safety of your "rig". Once this is complete he will then introduce you to our Service Manager, John Bellette and then guide you through our accessories showroom and introduce you to Daniel. |
